摘要
文章通过结合车身正向开发过程,将硬点断面、主断面、典型断面进行了详细的概念定义及区分,各个阶段断面设计的侧重点与数量位置都存在差异,但又都承前启后.还通过举例A柱主断面设计,介绍了主断面设计过程:设计目标定义,设计基准、输入,设计步骤,设计要点及要求等,读者能够体验'会当一览众山小'的系统性整体视角,也能真切领悟'身缘只在此山中'的细节实践.
Abstract
Through the forward development process of the body,the paper defines and distinguishes the hard point section,master section and typical section in detail.The emphasis and quantity of section design in each stage are different,but they all link the past and the future.Through the example of the master section design of pillar A,the master section design process is introduced:design target definition,design basis,input,design process,key points and requirements,etc.Readers can experience the systematic overall perspective of"will be at a glance at the small mountains",but also can truly understand the detailed practice of"living only in this mountain".
