摘要
随着对油耗的关注,汽油发动机使用EGR系统越来越普遍.EGR系统的布置,对EGR系统的性能和可靠性有很大的影响.文章结合冬季试验中,对某发动机EGR压差传感器管路的布置的研究,对压差结冰失效的故障机理、改进措施进行详细的总结,希望对EGR系统的布置及相似设计改进提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the concern of fuel consumption,the use of EGR systems in gasoline engines is becoming more and more common.The layout of EGR system has great influence on the performance and reliability of EGR system.Based on the research on the layout of EGR pressure differential sensor pipeline of an engine in winter test,this paper summarizes the failure mechanism and improvement measures of pressure differential icing failure in detail,hoping to provide reference for the layout and similar design improvement of EGR system.
