摘要
文章讨论了台架颗粒捕集器(以下简称GPF)原排标定、定温定氧燃烧模型、断油燃烧模型、不同碳量的燃烧速率、最大碳量的标定方法;并呈现了匹配某款发动机的GPF标定数据.文中提到了趋势法、仿真法对模型标定进行数据分析和优化,优化工作流程的同时保证整车标定模型准确度,降本增效,也为应对未来更严格的排放法规(例如正在研讨的国Ⅶ和欧Ⅶ)做技术积累.
Abstract
This article studied the calibration performance of the emission of gasoline engine original particle mass,constant temperature and oxygen combustion model,fuel cut-offcombustion model,combustion rate of different carbon mass,maximum carbon load;The calibration data about the experiment of GPF matching a certain engine is presented.The article mentions the optimization of calibration data using trending method and simulation methods.We optimize the workflow while ensuring the accuracy of vehicle model.It also provides technical accumulation for responding future stricter emission regulations(It has been discussing for China VII and Europe VII).
