摘要

文章针对汽车空调压缩机阀片疲劳强度计算及应力分析的研究.选型阀片时候,对于如何选择材质、厚度、弹性模量、疲劳强度的合理性进行理论说明;同时对于阀片使用过程中出现的应力集中,导致的阀片断裂,进行分析并进行设计规避.让设计人员对于阀片的选择以及应力分析改善,提供实际对应方式.

Abstract

In this paper,the fatigue strength calculation and stress analysis of automotive air-conditioning compressor valve plates are studied.When selecting the valve plate,the rationality of how to select the material,thickness,elastic modulus,and fatigue strength is theoretically explained;At the same time,the stress concentration that occurs during the use of the valve plate and the valve plate fracture caused by it are analyzed and designed to avoid it.It allows designers to improve the selection of valve plates and stress analysis,and provide practical correspondence methods.
