摘要
在我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高的同时汽车行业也得到了长足的发展.但是随之而来的是交通事故数量不断增加的现象.因此,如何保障道路交通安全就显得尤为重要.文章对现行的相关法律规定进行了深入的解析,并且结合实际情况,总结出了目前存在的一些问题,并给出了一些解决方案.
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the automobile industry has also made great progress.But this was followed by an increasing number of traffic accidents.Therefore,how to ensure road traffic safety is particularly important.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current relevant laws and regulations,and summarizes some existing problems and gives some solutions based on the actual situation.
