摘要
从乘客满意度出发,调查贵阳地铁服务质量的影响因素,得到 2 个一级指标和 6 个二级指标.在阅读大量文献的基础上,运用层次分析法确定贵阳地铁服务质量指标权重,根据指标及其权重大小,对贵阳地铁服务质量提策略提出建议.
Abstract
Starting from passenger satisfaction,investigate the influencing factors of service quality in Guiyang Metro,and obtain 2 first level indicators and 6 second level indicators.Based on reading a large number of literature,the article uses the hierarchy process analysis to determine the weight of service quality indicators for Guiyang Metro,and based on the indicators and their weight size,proposes strategies for improving service quality for Guiyang Metro.
