摘要
本论文主要论证定制化生产需求下车型配置多,不同配置的作业文件存放至现场,多配置生产工位极易装配出错,文件分量大,难以快速获取应用;采用实时性作业指导,工艺文件为静态打印文件,仅通过文字、图片进行展示,无法满足实时查看.该应用解决工艺一致性问题,避免数据孤立存在,传递过程中存在数据一致性差,变更管理困难.
Abstract
This paper mainly demonstrates that under the customized production requirements,there are many configurations of models,and the operation documents of diff erent configurations are stored on site,and the multi-configuration production stations are easy to make assembly errors,and the file weight is large,which is difficult to quickly obtain and apply.Real-time work instructions are adopted,and the process files are static printing files,which are only displayed through text and pictures,and cannot meet the real-time viewing.This application solves the problem of process consistency,avoids the existence of data isolation,poor data consistency in the transmission process,and difficulty in change management.
