摘要
文章在分析高速公路桥梁高墩台施工特点和滑模施工技术优势的基础上,以某高速公路桥梁为研究背景,分析了高墩台滑模施工技术的具体应用.从滑模结构组成设计、提升系统设计、液压系统设计以及千斤顶数量确定等方面研究了液压滑模系统结构设计,最后分析了桥梁高墩台滑模施工方法和施工注意事项.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the construction characteristics of high pier and platform and the advantages of slipform construction technology,this paper analyzes the concrete application of slipform construction technology of high pier and platform.The structure design of hydraulic sliding mode system is studied from the aspects of the structure design of sliding mode,the design of lifting system,the design of hydraulic system and the determination of the number of jacks,at last,the construction method and cautions of high pier and abutment sliding form are analyzed.
