数字技术赋能高职院校交通运输类专业"双师型"教师队伍建设研究
Research on the Construction of the"Double-quality"Teacher's Group for Transportation Majors in Vocational Colleges under the Empowerment of Digital Technology

摘要
2022 年 10 月教育部发布的《职业教育"双师型"教师基本标准》(试行)提出职业教育"双师型"教师应具备相应的理论教学和实践教学能力.新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,数字化、网络化、智能化赋能职业教育高质量发展,对"双师型"教师素养提出更高要求.本文通过分析高职院校交通运输类专业"双师型"教师培养中存在的问题,探讨数字技术赋能"双师型"教师队伍建设的优势,提出高职院校交通运输类"双师型"教师队伍建设路径.
Abstract
In October 2022,the Ministry of Education issued"The Basic Standards for'Double-quality'Teachers in Vocational Education"(Trial),which proposed that"double-quality"teachers in vocational education should have corresponding theoretical and practical teaching abilities.With the deepening development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,digitalization,networking and intellectualization have empowered the high-quality development of vocational education,and higher requirements have been put forward for the literacy of"double-quality"teachers.This article analyzes the problems in the cultivation of"double-quality"teachers in transportation majors in vocational colleges,explores the advantages of building a"double-quality"teacher's group under the empowerment of digital technology and proposes a path for the construction of"double-quality"teacher's group in transportation majors in vocational colleges.
