摘要

随着传统制造向智能制造转型升级,职业院校需通过人才模式改革应对行企业对新时代高端人才需求.基于当前数控技术专业人才培养过程中的专业设置与产业需求脱节、课程内容滞后职业标准及教学过程偏离生产过程等现实困境,引入三螺旋理论,基于政府、企业及院校三方主体,提出以下协同联动育人新途径:政府引导,营造育人新生态;企业融入,促进协同育人;院校主导,强化内涵建设.

Abstract

With the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing,vocational colleges need to respond to the demand for high-end talents in the new era through talent model reform.Based on the current practical dilemmas such as the disconnection between the professional setting and the industrial demand in the training process of CNC technology professionals,the lag of the course content and the professional standards and the deviation of the teaching process from the production process,the triple helix theory is introduced,and based on the tripartite subjects of the government,enterprises and universities,and the following new ways of collaborative and linkage education are proposed:government guidance to create a new ecology of education;Enterprise integration to promote collaborative education;Colleges and universities leading to strengthen the construction of connotation.
