基于交通特色的高校劳动教育课程建设研究

摘要
劳动教育是新时代建设人才,培养有能力、有责任、有担当的社会主义接班人的必由途径之一,是高校推进立德树人根本任务的有力举措.基于交通特色的高校,以培养交通运输类的应用型、技术技能型人才为办学定位,又直接与社会相连,因此,在培育学生的劳动观念、劳动习惯、劳动品质和劳动能力方面显得迫切而又紧要.文章从课程目标重塑、课程群打造、交通文化内生、课程资源拓展和教学评价激励五个方面,对基于交通特色的高校劳动教育课程建设提出了建议与对策.
Abstract
Labor education is one of the only ways to build talents in the new era and cultivate capable,responsible and responsible socialist successors,and it is a powerful measure for colleges and universities to promote the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Colleges and universities based on transportation characteristics are positioned to cultivate application-oriented and technical talents in transportation,and are directly connected to society,so it is urgent and urgent to cultivate students'labor concepts,labor Xi habits,labor quality and labor ability.This paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of labor education courses in colleges and universities based on transportation characteristics from five aspects:curriculum goal remodeling,curriculum group building,endogenous transportation culture,curriculum resource development,and teaching evaluation and incentives.
