摘要

《汽车顾问式销售》作为汽车技术营销与服务专业的一门专业核心课程,旨在培养学生综合运用汽车销售技巧、汽车礼仪、汽车专业知识,给客户提供顾问式销售服务、完成产品销售及相关服务的职业能力和相关职业素养.根据课程的特点,在学、思、议、练、用等各环节采用情境模拟,岗位实作的方法,将销售顾问诚信交易、热情服务、客户中心的职业素养和职业精神培养贯穿于教学活动中.

Abstract

As a professional core course of automotive technology marketing and service,"Automobile Consultant Sales"aims to cultivate students'professional ability and related professional quality to provide customers with consultative sales services,complete product sales and related services.According to the characteristics of the course,the method of situational simulation and post practice is adopted in each link of learning,thinking,discussion,practice and application,and the professionalism and professionalism of sales consultants are cultivated throughout the teaching activities.
