摘要
根据大数据显示,在中国制造2025 的大背景下,我国数控机床行业发展迅速,且机床制造业为我市重点产业.随着电气自动化的程度的大日益提高,电气设备已成为影响企业发展的关键因素.那么,要保障电气设备的正常运行,维修技能人才需求量越来越大,但一个优秀电工的形成必须技工学校的规范训练才能完成.能够熟练地分析、判断、解决、修复电气设备中常见的故障问题,是技工院校设备安装与维修专业的学生就业需要的基本专业知识.所以,培养学生故障排查方法和检测的能力是技工院校机电设备安装与检修专业课程的重点工作,文章主要从以下几个角度论述了电工的学生事故排查的教学方法与技能技巧.
Abstract
According to big data,under the background of Made in China 2025,China's CNC machine tool industry is developing rapidly,and the machine tool manufacturing industry is a key industry in our city.With the increasing degree of electrical automation,electrical equipment has become a key factor affecting the development of enterprises.Then,in order to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment,the demand for maintenance skills is increasing,but the formation of an excellent electrician must be completed by the standardized training of the technical school.Being able to skillfully analyze,judge,solve and repair common faults in electrical equipment is the basic professional knowledge required for the employment of students majoring in equipment installation and maintenance in technical colleges.Therefore,cultivating students'troubleshooting methods and detection ability is the key work of the mechanical and electrical equipment installation and maintenance professional course of technical colleges.This paper mainly discusses the teaching methods and skills of accident investigation for electricians from the following perspectives.
