交通运营管理专业课程体系建设研究初探

摘要
交通运营管理专业主要培养交通运营管理、调度、服务等从事交通运营岗位的人才,文章首先分析了目前高校交通运营管理专业课程体系现状以及存在的问题,再从人才培养的角度出发,针对人才培养方向、理论课程体系改革、实践教学改革、师资队伍建设、学生考核评价机制等方面提出了改革性的建议,并阐述了改变实践教学形式、加强校外实训基地建设和大赛成果转换对于实践教学改革的重要性,最终实现培养交通运营管理人才的目标.
Abstract
This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the current course system of transportation operation management in colleges and universities,and then puts forward reform suggestions for the direction of talent training,theoretical curriculum system reform,practical teaching reform,faculty construction,student assessment and evaluation mechanism,etc.From the perspective of talent training,the article expounds on changing the form of practical teaching to strengthen the importance of the construction of off-campus training bases and the transformation of competition results to practical teaching reform,and ultimately achieve the goal of cultivating transportation operation and management talents.
