摘要
电动力总成系统作为新能源汽车最为核心关键的系统之一,高安全、高性能、高可靠、智能化、低成本,已成为各OEM开发的终极目标.除了依赖强有力的技术开发能力和成熟产业链支撑之外,高效、精细化的研发项目管理体系不可或缺.文章在介绍电动力总成系统组成、特点基础之上,深入分析其当前项目开发管理面临的挑战,并结合实际工程项目开发经验,提出了标准化、精细化的电动力总成系统项目开发管理理念,并对该理念进行详细阐述和研究探索,为开发高品质电动力总成系统提供了强有力的借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The electric powertrain system,as one of the core and key systems of new energy vehicle,has become the ultimate goal of OEMs development with high safety,high performance,high reliability,intelligence,and low cost.In addition to relying on strong technological development capabilities and mature industry chain support,an high efficient and refined research and development of project management system is indispensable.On the basis of introducing the composition and characteristics of the electric powertrain system,this article deeply analyzes the challenges faced by its current project development and management,and combines practical engineering project development experience to propose a standardized and refined electric powertrain system project development and management concept.This concept is elaborated and researched in detail,providing strong reference for the development of high-quality electric powertrain system.
