摘要

电动机轴内花键是实现转子与轴同步运转的重要结构,会直接影响新能源汽车质量.文章研究新能源汽车内电动机轴内花键结构、参数、加工工艺、检测方法,以保障内花键的规格参数、结构强度符合要求.研究结果表明,结合实际应用要求,合理选型布局,确定结构参数,加以数据检验和检测,能够确保电动机轴内花键质量满足要求,抗疲劳寿命符合标准.

Abstract

The spline in the shaft of the motor is an important structure to realize the synchronous operation of the rotor and the shaft,which will directly affect the quality of new energy vehicles.In this paper,the structure,parameters,processing technology and detection methods of the spline in the shaft of the motor in the new energy vehicle are studied to ensure that the specification parameters and structural strength of the internal spline meet the requirements.The results show that combined with the practical application requirements,reasonable selection and layout,determination of structural parameters,and data inspection and testing,the quality of the spline in the motor shaft can be ensured to meet the requirements and the fatigue life resistance to meet the standard.
