摘要

为满足客户对汽车座舱驾驶性和舒适性需求,汽车内饰研发设计趋向智能化和集成化发展.针对内饰透光表皮材质透光率低及表面图标显示不清晰等问题,以木皮在汽车内饰件应用为研究开展相关透光率实验及图标透光研究.结果表明,木皮的透光性能取决于木皮材料、厚度及表面处理技术.在满足木皮表面图案透光性能条件下,木皮表面孔径及孔距需满足尺寸要求.通过透光性能研究为木皮大量应用于汽车智能内饰提供参考.

Abstract

In order to meet the customer's demand for the driving and comfort of automobile cockpit,the research and design of automobile interior tends to be intelligent and integrated.Aiming at the problems of low light transmittance and unclear surface icon display of interior light transmittance skin,the application of wood veneer in automotive interior parts was studied.The results show that the light transmittance of the veneer depends on the veneer material,thickness and surface treatment technology.Under the condition of the light transmittance of the veneer surface pattern,the surface aperture and spacing of the veneer must meet the size requirements.The study of light transmittance provides a reference for the application of wood veneer in automotive intelligent interior.
