Analysis of the Influence of Hot Pressing Process Parameters on the Thinning Rate of Hemp Fiber Board
Hemp fiber products have become a new generation of ideal materials for environmentally friendly and ultra lightweight automotive interiors due to their high strength, wear resistance, wide range of sources, and easy degradation. To study the effect of hot pressing parameters on the thinning rate of hemp fiber board during the hot pressing process, this paper used a self-designed mold and studied the effect of hot pressing parameters on the thinning rate of hemp fiber board through cupping experiments. The experiment found that there was a positive correlation between temperature and hot pressing stroke and the thinning rate of hemp fiber board, while there was a negative correlation between hot pressing speed and the thinning rate of hemp fiber board.Based on the experimental data,SPSS data analysis software was used to establish a single linear regression prediction model for the thinning rate of hemp fiber board, temperature, and hot pressing speed,as well as a single linear regression prediction model for the hot pressing stroke.By establishing a model,it is possible to predict the prevention of hot press damage, improve injection molding process parameters, and increase production efficiency in the integrated hot press injection molding process. Finally, this article analyzes the relationship between the thinning rate of hemp fiber board and temperature, hot pressing speed, and hot pressing stroke from a mechanistic perspective.
