机动车维修中的无损检测技术

摘要
文章强调了机动车维修中无损检测技术的应用作用与价值,并对目前无损检测技术相关的技术发展和应用情况进行了分析.在此基础上,从动力电池诊断技术、内窥镜无损检测技术、智能诊断技术、仪器故障诊断技术、基于视觉检测系统的无损检测技术这几方面入手,着重阐述了机动车维修中的无损检测关键技术要点与应用,以期为机动车无损检测与维修工作的更好展开提供技术与操作方面的参考.
Abstract
This paper emphasizes the application role and value of non-destructive testing technology in motor vehicle maintenance,and analyzes the current technical development and application of non-destructive testing technology.On this basis,starting from the aspects of power battery diagnosis technology,endoscope nondestructive testing technology,intelligent diagnosis technology,instrument fault diagnosis technology,and non-destructive testing technology based on visual inspection system,the key technical points and applications of non-destructive testing in motor vehicle maintenance are emphatically expounded,in order to provide technical and operational reference for the better development of non-destructive testing and maintenance of motor vehicles.
