摘要
西藏自治区交通环境相对复杂,道路交通事故相对高发.笔者基于所在交通警务部门统计的交通事故数据,对西藏地区交通事故地特征进行了分析和总结,发现本地交通事故伤亡率高,且单车事故多发、雨雪季和旅游高峰期事故高发、客车和外地车辆事故高发,诱发事故的因素更为多样和复杂.由此提出分时段、分车辆的交通安全宣传和引导策略,以及改善面向所有道路交通参与者的宣传教育与警示服务建议,以期为交通警务部门及其他管理部门管控交通事故提供参考.
Abstract
The traffic environment in Tibet Autonomous Region is relatively complex,and the incidence of road traffic accidents is relatively high.Based on the traffic accident data collected by the traffic police department,the author analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of traffic accidents in Tibet,and finds that the local traffic accident casualty rate is high,and the accident rate of single vehicle accidents is frequent,the accidents are high during the rainy and snow seasons and peak tourist seasons,and the accidents of passenger cars and vehicles from other places are high,and the factors that induce accidents are more diverse and complex.Therefore,this paper puts forward the promotion and guidance strategies of traffic safety by time and by vehicle,as well as suggestions for improving the publicity,education,and warning services for all road traffic participants,to provide reference for traffic police departments and other management departments to control traffic accidents.
