公路隧道衬砌病害分析与处治方案研究

摘要
公路隧道衬砌病害降低隧道结构承载能力的同时,也对行车安全造成了较大不利影响.大部分衬砌病害的表现形式为衬砌变形脱落、衬砌裂缝以及隧道路面出现波浪形鼓包等.文章以某高速公路分离式隧道为研究背景,对公路隧道衬砌病害成因及治理方案进行了系统性的研究.在分析该公路隧道地质结构特点、围岩等级、地下水来源以及衬砌支护参数的基础上,以隧道病害区域表观病害特点和专项病害检测结论为依据,分析了衬砌病害出现的原因,并提出了切实可行的治理方案.
Abstract
the lining disease of highway tunnel reduces the bearing capacity of tunnel structure,but also has a large adverse impact on traffic safety.Most of the lining diseases are characterized by the deformation of the lining,cracks in the lining and the appearance of wavy bulges on the tunnel pavement.In this paper,based on the research background of a separate highway tunnel,the causes and treatment of highway tunnel lining disease are studied systematically.Based on the analysis of the geological structure characteristics,the grade of surrounding rock,the source of groundwater and the lining support parameters of the highway tunnel,the characteristics of the apparent disease in the disease area of the tunnel and the detection conclusion of the special disease are taken as the basis,this paper analyzes on the causes of lining defects,and advances some feasible treatment schemes.
