This paper first reviews the development process of IATF 16949 standard,clarifies its key role in the modem automotive industry,and analyzes the main requirements and characteristics of the standard.Then,the article analyzes the implementation status of the standard in different sizes and types of automobile companies,and reveals the common problems.The article focuses on the many challenges encountered in the implementation process,including internal challenges,external challenges,and technical challenges.In view of the challenges,this paper proposes a series of effective coping strategies and methods to help enterprises better implement and utilize the IATF 16949 standard,so as to improve the effectiveness of quality management.Finally,the article looks forward to the future development of IATF 16949 and emphasizes its importance in promoting continuous improvement and innovation in the automotive industry.
