Exploration of the Talent Training Model of"Integration of Industry and Education,School-enterprise Cooperation"——Taking GAC Toyota's Order Class Training as an Example
By further deepening the reform of education and teaching,combining it with the strength of social enterprises,taking the needs of industry enterprises as the basic starting point,and adhering to the basic principle of"integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation",we can cultivate high-level applied compound talents,optimize the allocation of human resources,reduce employment pressure,and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.Therefore,this paper discusses the operation mode of"integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation",the contradiction between supply and demand in the talent market of higher vocational colleges,the enlightenment and model promotion of"Toyota order class",the application of order training in the construction of enterprise human resources,and the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation in order to improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.
