The Exploration and Practice of the Integrated Compound Teacher Training Model of"Competition Education Technology and Research"in Secondary Vocational Colleges——Taking the Automobile Major of Guangxi Electronic Senior Technical School as an Example
With the continuous upgrading and development of the national economic and industrial structure,the state has put forward new requirements for the training of vocational education teachers and talents,education must serve the industrial economy,and the requirements for talent training are getting higher and higher.Teachers in technical colleges,especially young teachers,are unable to develop simultaneously with the ability of"competition education and technology research"and talent training.It is urgent for vocational schools to build a good platform,formulate strong safeguard measures,and solve the problems of inefficient collaborative education and the"difficult"problem of talent training and teacher development to achieve symbiosis and co-growth.
