摘要

基于当前我国科技水平不断提升,使得电动汽车行业日益发展,新能源汽车数量日益增多,在给人们出行带来便利的同时,也频发各类安全事故.尤其是动力电池,其作为电动汽车稳定运行的关键,如果动力电池发生故障,必然会影响到汽车整体运行安全以及车辆续航里程.对此,文章在明确动力电池系统基本架构以及安全风险基础上,结合具体实例分析了电动汽车动力电池故障诊断与处理方法,并就故障诊断技术未来发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

Based on the continuous improvement of China's scientific and technological level,the electric vehicle industry is developing day by day,and the number of new energy vehicles is increasing day by day.In particular,the power battery,as the key to the stable operation of electric vehicles,if the power battery fails,it will inevitably affect the overall operation safety of the vehicle and the vehicle mileage.In this regard,on the basis of clarifying the basic architecture and safety risks of the power battery system,this paper analyzes the fault diagnosis and treatment methods of electric vehicle power batteries with specific examples,and looks forward to the future development trend of fault diagnosis technology.
