In the process of CNC machining of tools,tools are an indispensable and important part,and will have a great impact on product safety and quality.The use and control of tools are also closely related to the economic benefits of CNC machining.There are various types of CNC tools,and the use of tools should comply with the principle of interchangeability,rigidity and serialization when actually CNC machining.In order to improve the rationality of the use of CNC tools,improve the efficiency of mechanical CNC machining,and reduce the cost of tools,this paper proposes several methods for tool use optimization.
