摘要

数控车床在机械加工行业中发挥着重要作用,不管是生产螺纹零件,还是生产轴类零件,数控机床都首当其冲,且具有易操作、效率高以及精度高等优势.现阶段,数控车零件加工质量还存在很大提升空间,所以,为进一步提升加工精度高且外形不规范的零件质量,需要对数控车床进行有效调整.本文通过分析数控车工高精度零件加工的相关影响因素,提出高精度零件加工质量的有效控制措施.

Abstract

CNC lathes play an important role in the machining industry,whether it is the production of threaded parts,or the production of shaft parts,CNC machine tools are the first to bear the brunt,and have the advantages of easy operation,high efficiency and high precision.At this stage,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the processing quality of CNC lathe parts.To further improve the quality of parts with high machining accuracy and non-standard shape,it is necessary to effectively adjust the CNC lathe.In this paper,by analyzing the relevant influencing factors of CNC lathe high-precision parts machining,effective control measures for the machining quality of high-precision parts are proposed.
