This paper analyzes and verifies the causes of the muffled sound problem in a van when it travels to a certain speed.By analyzing the test data of the vibration acceleration of the power transmission system of the van and the intensity of the muffled sound in the car,the specific cause of the muffled sound was determined, and the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results were verified by relevant tests. After analysis, the cause of the muffled sound in the van is that the power transmission system resonates with the whole vehicle, and the vibration isolation effect of a suspension of the front final reducer is poor, resulting in a high vibration acceleration at the frame end,and then transmitted to the car through various parts, inducing serious muffled sound in the car.The above conclusions are verified by applying corresponding constraints and corresponding experiments.
