Urban rail transit has become one of the important modes of transportation in modem cities.With the continuous improvement of the urban rail transit network and the rapid growth of passenger flow,the station passenger transport organization is facing greater pressure on safety management and control.Based on the concept of system safety,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the safety of passenger transport organization in urban rail transit stations,and discusses the countermeasures to strengthen safety management and control from the aspects of safety system,emergency management,facilities and equipment,and personnel management,in order to provide reference for the safe,orderly and efficient operation of urban rail transit stations.
