汽车先期产品开发控制流程是现代汽车工业中非常重要的一环.汽车先期产品开发需要涉及多个部门和环节,包括设计、工程、生产、市场和销售等.同时,汽车先期产品的研发投入很高,开发周期较长,错误的决策会导致严重的后果.因此,对汽车先期产品开发的控制流程进行科学化、规范化和系统化的管理,将实现提高开发效率和质量,减少成本和风险,也成为企业在汽车市场中获得成功的必要条件.文章以汽车先期产品为例,首先阐述了汽车先期产品开发控制流程的概念及其在汽车工业发展中的重要作用,然后就其汽车开发主要业务流程的建设提出了自己的意见和建议.
Abstract
The control process of advanced automotive product development is a very important part of the modern automobile industry.Automotive advanced product development involves multiple departments and links,including design,engineering,production,marketing,and sales.At the same time,the R&D investment of advanced automotive products is high,the development cycle is long,and wrong decisions can lead to serious consequences.Therefore,the scientific,standardized,and systematic management of the control process of the early product development of automobiles will improve the efficiency and quality of development,reduce costs and risks,and become the necessary conditions for enterprises to succeed in the automobile market.Taking automotive advanced products as an example,this paper first expounds the concept of automotive advanced product development control process and its important role in the development of automobile industry,and then puts forward its own opinions and suggestions on the construction of the main business process of automobile development.
