摘要
为迎合产教融合人才培养模式对课堂教学改革的迫切需求,实现学校战略规划、系部发展目标、专业人才培养目标、学生职业发展需求四级指标精准对接,大力提升人才培养质量,采用成果导向(OBE)理念进行课堂教学改革探索,反向设计、正向实施,教学内容项目化,实训操作任务化,教学评价可视化,质量改进持续化,学生职业素养和综合素质明显提升,专业在本地区本行业认可度不断增强.
Abstract
In order to meet the urgent needs of the talent training model of integration of industry and education for the reform of classroom teaching,realize the precise docking of the four-level indicators of the school's strategic planning,department development goals,professional talent training goals and students'career development needs,and vigorously improve the quality of talent training,the concept of results-oriented(OBE)is used to explore the classroom teaching reform,reverse design,positive implementation,project-based teaching content,task-based training operation,visualization of teaching evaluation,continuous quality improvement,and significant improvement of students'professional quality and comprehensive quality.The recognition of the profession in the region and the industry is constantly increasing.
