"两化深度融合"视域下的高职机械专业人才培养策略研究
A Study on the Training Strategies for Higher Vocational Mechanical Talents from the Perspective of"Deep Integration of Informatization and Industrialization"

摘要
"两化深度融合"是信息化与工业化融合的深度融合,信息技术广泛应用到工业生产的各个环节,对高职人才的培养提出了新的要求.文章分析了"两化融合"背景下生产制造模式的深刻变化以及由此带来的高职人才能力需求的转变,研究了高职人才培养的应对策略.通过构建"二二三四"人才培养体系,围绕德才兼备、职业能力、数字素养、创新能力、创业人才培养改革,重构课程体系.研究实践取得了较好的效果,为探索"两化深度融合"视域下的高职机械专业人才培养有效途径提供参考.
Abstract
The deep integration of informatization and industrialization is the deep integration of information technology and industrialization.Information technology is widely applied in various aspects of industrial production,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of vocational talents.The article analyzes the profound changes in the production and manufacturing mode under the background of"integration of industrialization and industrialization",as well as the resulting changes in the demand for vocational talents,and studies the response strategies for vocational talent cultivation.By constructing a"2234"talent training system,focusing on the reform of cultivating both moral and professional abilities,digital literacy,innovation ability,and entrepreneurial talents,the curriculum system will be reconstructed.The research and practice have achieved good results,providing reference for exploring effective ways to cultivate vocational mechanical professionals in the perspective of"deep integration of industrialization and industrialization".
