摘要

随着我国社会体系的不断完善,轨道交通也呈现出更科技化的发展,全面推动了不同城市、地区的进步,为人们的生活提供了便捷的服务,因此中职轨道交通教学也开始逐渐走入人们的视野.但受传统教学模式影响,目前我国轨道交通行业始终存在人才缺失的问题,不利于轨道交通事业的长远发展,如何打造更高素质、高水准的专业人才也成为中职学校的目标之一.文章也将认真分析当前中职轨道交通课堂教学中存在的问题,并利用微项目合作学习制定解决方案,促使中职学校培养更多优秀的轨道交通行业人才.

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of China's social system,rail transit has also shown a more scientific and technological development,comprehensively promoted the progress of different cities and regions,and provided convenient services for people's lives.However,affected by the traditional teaching mode,there has always been a lack of talents in China's rail transit industry,which is not conducive to the long-term development of rail transit.This paper will also carefully analyze the problems existing in the current secondary vocational rail transit classroom teaching,and use micro-project cooperative learning to formulate solutions,so as to promote secondary vocational schools to cultivate more outstanding talents in the rail transit industry.
