摘要

为了降低新能源汽车热管理系统多通电子水阀内部泄漏量,分析泄漏产生原因,通过模拟仿真分析和实物样件试验测量,研究密封结构对泄漏量的影响.结果表明,通过优化阀芯、阀体、密封垫的结构设计,增加密封垫的压缩量,提高零件尺寸精度减小变形可以大幅降低阀的内部泄漏量,减少各通道之间串液和热交换,从而减少能量损失,对于提高热管理系统的能量利用率降低新能源汽车能耗有非常大的贡献.

Abstract

In order to decrease the inner leakage between the passages of multi-ported coolant valve in thermal management system of new energy vehicle,analysis the root cause of leakage.Via CAE analysis and prototype testing,to investigate the design features effect of leakage.The result shows that optimizing the design of valve core and valve housing and sealing gasket,to increase the compress height of sealing gasket and decrease the deformation of valve core and housing,it can significantly reduce the leakage between each channel,and reduce heat exchange.So that increase the energy using efficiency and decrease the energy loss of the vehicle.
