汽车底盘低动静比衬套设计策略探究

摘要
路面振动经汽车底盘传递至车内,车身结构在一定程度上存在放大作用,易产生车内噪声、振动等问题,如不能合理控制,易被客户感知、抱怨;衬套动刚度作为降低振动传递率关键措施,文章通过对橡胶配方、衬套结构及型式进行分析、探讨,总结了衬套低动刚度常用设计策略,为车辆NVH问题解决提供参考.
Abstract
Road surface vibration is transmitted to the inside of the vehicle through the automotive chassis,and the body structure has an amplifying effect to a certain extent,which is prone to problems such as in-car noise and vibration.If it cannot be controlled reasonably,it is easily perceived and complained by customers;as a key measure to reduce the vibration transmission rate,the dynamic stiffness of the bushing is analyzed and discussed in this paper through the rubber formula,bushing structure,and type,and the common design strategies of low dynamic stiffness of the bushing are summarized to provide a reference for solving the vehicle NVH problem.
