摘要
研究高强度汽车钢板DP980 双相钢电阻点焊质量的影响因素,为实际生产提供参考,以厚度为 1mm的DP980 钢板为对象,利用有限元软件建立了电阻点焊过程的轴对称有限元模型.通过模拟点焊熔核的形成过程,研究点焊过程中温度场和应力场的分布特征,并确定点焊熔核直径和抗剪强度指标.实验结果表明:点焊接头的剪切强度受到熔核尺寸的影响,熔核直径与点焊接头的剪切性能呈非线性关系;数值仿真结果显示熔核直径最大值和残余应力最大值随焊接电流的增大呈增加趋势;通过对点焊接头拉伸、剪切载荷作用下的应力状态建立数学模型分析,DP980 点焊接头界面断裂模式到熔核拔出模式的临界熔核直径为4.695mm.
Abstract
The influence factors of resistance spot welding quality of DP980 dual phase steel were studied to provide reference for practical production.The axisymmetric finite element model of resistance spot welding process was established by using finite element software for DP980 steel plate with thickness of 1 mm.By simulating the forming process of spot welding core,the distribution characteristics of temperature field and stress field in spot welding process are studied,and the diameter and shear strength of spot welding core are determined.The experimental results show that the shear strength of the spot welded joint is affected by the size of the weld core,and there is a nonlinear relationship between the diameter of the weld core and the shear property of the spot welded joint.The numerical simulation results show that the maximum core diameter and the maximum residual stress increase with the increase of welding current.Based on the mathematical model analysis of the stress state under tensile and shear loads,the critical core diameter of DP980 spot welded joint from the interface fracture mode to the core withdrawal mode is 4.695 mm.
