摘要
目的:通过专利分析研究隐藏式门把手的专利布局,找出现有专利技术的优缺点,有助于为行业技术发展提供方向,以便实现功能与结构的最佳匹配.方法:通过专利数据库结合关键字、分类号、技术功效进行检索,根据检索结果进行分类,与领域工程师进行协同去噪,对精选典型专利进行分析.结果:当前的隐藏式门把手主要分为 3 类,第一种为前后开启式;第二种为上下开启式,第三种为水平弹出式;第四种为复合开启方式;应用性能较好的水平弹出式,但仍然存在容易结冰导致开启失灵的风险,对于长江以北的区域户外停车不友好,在一次降温雨雪天气时弊端将会暴露出来.结论:在通过隐藏式门把手降低风阻,增加美观性的同时,需要在功能上增加加热装置,以防结冰导致隐藏式门把手无法弹出,或通过软件控制逻辑进行优化,结合车辆的使用场景避免冰冻后无法打开的问题.
Abstract
The objective is to study the patent layout of hidden door handle through patent analysis,find out the advantages and disadvantages of existing patented technology,and help to provide direction for the development of industry technology,so as to achieve the best match between function and structure.Methods:The patent database was searched by combining keywords,classification numbers and technical efficacy,classified according to the search results,and the selected typical patents were analyzed by collaborative denoising with domain engineers.Results:There are three main types of atmosphere of the current hidden door handles,the first one is the front and rear opening type;the second is the upper and lower opening type,and the third is the horizontal pop-up type;the fourth is the compound opening method;The application performance of the horizontal pop-up type is better,but there is still a risk of easy icing and opening failure,which is not friendly to outdoor parking in the area north of the Yangtze River,and the disadvantages will be exposed in a cooling,rainy and snowy weather.Conclusion:While reducing the wind resistance and increasing the aesthetics through the hidden door handle,it is necessary to add a heating device to prevent the hidden door handle from being unable to pop out due to icing,or optimize it through software control logic to avoid the problem that it cannot be opened after freezing in combination with the use scenario of the vehicle.
