摘要

随着新能源汽车行业的蓬勃发展,市场对能耗和续航的要求不断提高,作为动力电池管理系统的重要组成部分,动力电池的热管理越发重要.文章对电池冷却技术进行了简要介绍,重点对直冷技术的特点、难点及改善路径进行了分析,并通过数值模拟方式对比了不同热管理策略对直冷降温性能和能耗的影响,为直冷系统的应用提供参考.仿真表明,不同的直冷控制边界直接影响到电池降温性能及能耗,在一定范围内随着冷板出口压力的提高,电池降温速率加快,但能耗未见明显差异.

Abstract

With the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry,the market requirements for energy consumption and battery life continue to increase,and as an important part of the power battery management system,the thermal management of power batteries is becoming more and more important.In this paper,the battery cooling technology is briefly introduced,the characteristics,difficulties and improvement paths of the direct cooling technology are analyzed,and the effects of different thermal management strategies on the cooling performance and energy consumption of direct cooling are compared by numerical simulation,so as to provide a reference for the application of direct cooling system.The simulation results show that different direct cooling control boundaries directly affect the cooling performance and energy consumption of the battery,and the cooling rate of the battery accelerates with the increase of the outlet pressure of the cold plate within a certain range,but there is no obvious difference in energy consumption.
