摘要
某型重卡在试验场进行可靠耐久性强化试验时,散热器右上方的副水箱安装支架多次出现开裂现象,因散热器及其支架结构的强度和耐久性已经在相似车型经过了运用和验证,因此需要先分析此散热器系统和驾驶室在试验过程是否存在运动干涉、触碰问题而使安装支架开裂失效.随后通过采集试验过程中的道路载荷谱,结合多体建模和分析,对试验过程中副水箱和驾驶室是否存在干涉现象进行了分析,并给出了设计更改建议,采用建议更改设计方案后,副水箱安装支架没有再出现开裂失效问题.此项工作说明,运用多体模型结合道路载荷谱,能够较好地模拟分析某些复杂结构极限工况下的运动间隙问题,可以为设计部门设计出安全、紧凑的产品结构提供设计依据或参考.
Abstract
During the reliable and durable strength enhancement test of a certain type of heavy truck in the test field,the mounting bracket of the auxiliary water tank on the upper right side of the radiator has appeared cracking phenomenon many times.Since the strength and durability of the radiator and its bracket structure have been applied and verified in similar models,it is necessary to first analyze whether there is a motion interference or touch problem between this radiator system and the cab during the test process to cause the cracking failure of the mounting bracket.Then,by collecting the road load spectrum during the test process,combined with multi-body modeling and analysis,the existence of interference between the auxiliary water tank and the cab during the test process is analyzed,and design change suggestions are given.After adopting the suggested changed design scheme,the mounting bracket of the auxiliary water tank no longer appears cracking failure problems.This work shows that using the multi-body model combined with the road load spectrum can better simulate and analyze the motion clearance problem under the extreme working conditions of some complex structures,and can provide design basis or reference for the design department to design safe and compact product structures.
