文章介绍了常见的制动噪音的类型,以及LMS系统在制动噪音排查上的应用.并通过介绍某一新能源车型开发过程中Moan噪音的解决,详细介绍LMS设备在制动噪音上的排查过程和导致噪音的原因,改善了车辆的制动NVH性能,提高了产品竞争力.
Abstract
The article introduces the application of LMS system in brake noise investigation,as well as common types of brake noise.And by introducing the solution to Moan noise during the development process of a certain new energy vehicle model,and detailing the troubleshooting process of LMS equipment in braking noise and the causes of noise,the vehicle's braking NVH performance has been improved,enhancing product competitiveness.
