摘要
随着科技的快速发展和社会的进步,新工科背景下交通工程专业教师的工程实践能力提升变得愈发重要.本论文旨在通过研究现状分析,提出目前高校交通工程专业青年教师工程实践能力培养的现状,提出一系列策略以提高交通工程专业教师的工程实践能力.策略包括培训计划的制定、跨学科合作和实践项目引入等方面.通过实施这些策略,可以有效提高交通工程专业教师的工程实践能力,以更好地满足新工科背景下的教学需求,为交通工程专业青年教师在新工科背景下如何提升工程实践能力提供了借鉴.
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of society,it is more and more important to improve the engineering practice ability of traffic engineering teachers under the background of new engineering.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the current situation of the training of engineering practice ability of young teachers majoring in traffic engineering in colleges and universities through the analysis of the current research situation,and put forward a series of strategies to improve the engineering practice ability of traffic engineering teachers.Strategies include the development of training programs,interdisciplinary collaboration,and the introduction of practical projects.Through the implementation of these strategies,the engineering practice ability of traffic engineering teachers can be effectively improved,so as to better meet the teaching needs in the context of new engineering,and provide a reference for how young teachers of traffic engineering can improve their engineering practice ability in the context of new engineering.
