本文探讨了职业教育在新能源汽车产业这一产业发展中的关键作用和发展机遇.首先分析新能源汽车这个产业的现状以及发展趋势,然后重点讨论了职业教育在人才培养方面的作用和挑战,并提出了促进产业与职业教育深度融合的"德技双修,师徒传承"人才培养模式.通过本文的研究,旨在为新能源汽车产业与职业教育的有机结合提供理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
This paper discusses the key role and development opportunities of vocational education in the development of the new energy vehicle industry.Firstly,the current situation and development trend of the new energy vehicle industry are analyzed,and then the role and challenges of vocational education in talent training are discussed,and the talent training model of"dual cultivation of moral and technical skills,master-apprentice inheritance"is proposed to promote the deep integration of industry and vocational education.Through the research of this paper,it aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the organic combination of new energy vehicle industry and vocational education.
