摘要

作者设想将学习过程与生产流程匹配、融合,构建以完成工作或实操任务为导向的"六阶递进"技能教学模式,即明晰任务——贯标活动——选用工具——技能实操——展评改进——拓展应用.通过实施六步流程的技能形成路径,领、悟、用、做、进、拓,使教学过程中专业素养和学习能力这两个核心要素得以阶梯递进,环环紧扣.

Abstract

The authors envisage that the learning process and the production process are matched and integrated,and a"six-stage progressive"skill teaching model oriented to the completion of work or practical tasks is constructed,that is,clear tasks,standard implementation activities,tool selection,skill practice,exhibition and evaluation improvement,and extended application.Through the implementation of the six-step process of skill formation path,leading,understanding,using,doing,progressing,and expanding,the two core elements of professionalism and learning ability in the teaching process can be progressively and closely linked.
