摘要
随着我国汽车行业的不断发展,我国以新能源汽车崛起所带来的汽车产业链发展进入了历史的关键时期,汽车产业对于国家经济的发展和社会的进步起着至关重要的作用.随着汽车科技的不断进步和市场需求的不断变化,对汽车专业人才的需求也在不断增加,而如何培养出高素质的汽车专业人才成为了当前亟待解决的问题.本文旨在探讨汽车专业师徒制度对人才培养的影响与效果,并提出相应的改进策略和措施,以期为汽车行业的人才培养提供参考和借鉴,推动师徒制度的进一步发展和完善,为汽车行业的可持续发展做出积极贡献.
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's automobile industry,the development of China's automobile industry chain brought about by the rise of new energy vehicles has entered a critical period in history,and the automobile industry plays a vital role in the development of the national economy and social progress.With the continuous progress of automotive technology and the continuous change of market demand,the demand for automotive professionals is also increasing,and how to cultivate high-quality automotive professionals has become an urgent problem to be solved.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence and effect of the mentoring system on talent training,and put forward corresponding improvement strategies and measures,to provide reference and reference for talent training in the automotive industry,promote the further development and improvement of the mentoring system,and make positive contributions to the sustainable development of the automotive industry.
