摘要
本文结合智能工程机械运用技术专业数字化转型思路,面向交通建设装备现场工程师培养,对接现场工程师就业岗位标准与专业教学标准,联合行业高端品牌,汲取"引厂驻校"等产教融合现有经验,基于课程教学、教学团队、教学资源、课程评价四个方面,深入开展校企联合实施现场工程师培养、混编"双师型"教学团队组建和能力提升机制、基于模块化学习场景构建的校企教学资源建设机制等工作,探索中国特色学徒制背景下交通建设装备现场工程师"四维协同"培养路径.
Abstract
Based on the idea of digital transformation of intelligent construction machinery application technology,this paper is oriented to the training of on-site engineers of transportation construction equipment,docking the employment position standards and professional teaching standards of on-site engineers,combining high-end brands in the industry,drawing on the existing experience of industry-education integration such as"introducing factories to schools".And based on the four aspects of curriculum teaching,teaching team,teaching resources and course evaluation,we carry out in-depth school-enterprise joint implementation of on-site engineer training,mixed"double-teacher"teaching team formation and ability improvement mechanism.Based on the construction mechanism of school-enterprise teaching resources based on modular learning scenarios,the"four-dimensional collaboration"training path of on-site engineers of transportation construction equipment under the background of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics was explored.
