摘要
本研究旨在探讨应用型学院"岗课赛证"融通育人模式,以解决现有应用技术教育中存在的问题.采用文献研究法和实证研究法相结合的方法深入探讨应用型学院"岗课赛证"融通育人模式.通过文献研究,实证研究,总结课程设置与设计、课程教学与实施、课程评价与反馈、课程与社会实践的融合的有效经验,并发现存在的问题,针对存在的问题,提出了优化策略,加强政策支持与制度保障、优化课程资源与设施配置、提高教师队伍建设与培训水平、加强校企合作与产教融合、打造信息化与智能化、强化学生自我管理与创新能力培养的关键要素,形成"岗课赛证"融通的人才培养模式,从而实现加快培养高素质劳动者与技术技能人才的最终目标.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the integration and education model of"post course certificate"in applied colleges,so as to solve the existing problems in applied technology education.The combination of literature research method and empirical research method was used to deeply explore the integration and education model of"post course competition certificate"in applied colleges.Through literature research and empirical research,this paper summarizes the effective experience of curriculum setting and design,curriculum teaching and implementation,curriculum evaluation and feedback,and the integration of curriculum and social practice,and finds the existing problems.The talent training model of"post course competition certificate"is integrated,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of accelerating the training of high-quality workers and technical talents.
