常州新能源汽车产业因地制宜发展新质生产力路径研究

摘要
目前,全国各地都在因地制宜发展新质生产力,常州新能源产业优势突出,并且正在全力打造"新能源之都",因此本研究在立足常州新能源汽车产业发展现状的基础上,根据产业自身发展特点,提出常州新能源汽车产业发展新质生产力的路径.具体包括,推动新能源汽车整车产业由硬件到软件、由制造向应用方向发展,助力动力电池关键企业由制造向投资方向发展,注重新能源汽车产业与光伏产业协同发展,落实减税及人才政策等.
Abstract
At present,the whole country is developing new quality productivity according to local conditions,and Changzhou new energy industry has outstanding advantages,and is making every effort to build a"new energy capital".This study is based on the development status of Changzhou's new energy automobile industry,according to the industry's own development characteristics,putting forward the path of Changzhou new energy vehicle industry development of new quality productivity.Specifically,it will promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry from hardware to software and from manufacturing to application,help key power battery enterprises to develop from manufacturing to investment,pay attention to the coordinated development of the new energy vehicle industry and the photovoltaic industry,and implement tax reduction and talent policies.
