摘要
本文所述多孔塞片采用 316 不锈钢粉末冶金材料,通过高压烧结成型,再经过线切割加工而成.因成型方法原因,塞片表面氧含量过高,影响焊接性能,通过采用热处理净化工艺方法,可将塞片表面氧含量从 29%降低至 5%以下,大幅度提高了塞片的焊接性能,可改善塞片与塞片座的焊缝质量,从而提高塞片组件焊接合格率.
Abstract
The porous plug plate described in this paper is made of 316 stainless steel powder metallurgy material,formed by high-pressure sintering,and then processed by wire cutting.Due to the molding method,the oxygen content on the surface of the plug is too high,which affects the welding performance.The oxygen content on the surface of the plug can be reduced from 29%to less than 5%by adopting the heat treatment purification process method,which greatly improves the welding performance of the plug piece,and can improve the weld quality of the plug plate and the plug seat,so as to improve the welding pass rate of the plug assembly.
