Abstract
The mechanical efficiency of the electric vehicle drivetrain directly affects its quantitative design and optimization of the lubrication system,which can significantly reduce the energy loss and improve the overall performance of the electric vehicle and the energy efficiency and endurance of the market competition.The key components of the drivetrain include the electric motor,reducer,drive shaft and differential,and the performance and design of each component has a significant impact on the efficiency of the system.In the context of the rapid development of electric vehicles,it is important to improve the mechanical efficiency of the drivetrain.In this paper,a series of strategies to improve mechanical efficiency are proposed from the aspects of optimizing the motor design,improving the reducer,using lightweight and high-strength materials,and optimizing the mechanical structure,through the application of advanced materials and technologies,combined with light force.
