摘要
开展商用车驾驶室台架耐久测试,通常需要用到重型六自由度振动台、六立柱、八立柱等进口专用设备,由于国内设备资源紧缺,大大制约了商用车驾驶室台架耐久测试工作的开展.为弥补该类专用设备资源紧缺的不足,本文介绍了适用于驾驶室台架耐久测试的另一重要方式——驾驶室七轴道路模拟试验台,并详细介绍了其设计开发方法.
Abstract
To carry out the durability test of commercial vehicle cab bench,it is usually necessary to use imported special equipment such as heavy-duty six-degree-of-freedom shaking table,six columns,and eight columns,which greatly restricts the development of commercial vehicle cab bench durability test due to the shortage of domestic equipment resources.In order to make up for the shortage of resources of this kind of special equipment,this paper introduces another important method suitable for the durability test of cab bench-cab seven-axis road simulation test bench,and introduces its design and development method in detail.
